1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you purchased a product through our online store, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your order.

2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging, including all tags, bags, or boxes.
- Returns must be sent back within 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.
Items that cannot be returned include:
- Custom or personalized products
- Items marked as final sale
- Hygiene-related products (such as undergarments or mouthguards) if opened
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning your item.

We will provide instructions and confirm product availability before proceeding.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing photos and your order details.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
