Shipping terms
General information
Orders are processed in the order we receive them. Double-check all order details before confirming—our team prepares shipments quickly and we cannot guarantee changes after checkout.
Address & shipping method
If you select an incorrect shipping option or request an address update after placing the order, fulfillment may be delayed. When necessary, we reserve the right to cancel the order so it can be placed again with corrected information.
Sizes & order changes
We cannot change sizes once an order is confirmed. To modify an item, the original order must be canceled and a new order placed. Availability after cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Contact us at info@voltfightwear.com.
International shipments
Customers outside our country are responsible for all import duties, taxes, or customs fees applied by customs authorities. We cannot undervalue or alter shipment declarations.
Delivery times & responsibility
Estimated transit times vary by destination, carrier, and seasonal volume. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is the carrier's responsibility. Unexpected delays are outside our control.
Lost, missing or delivered packages
If a shipment shows as delivered but cannot be located, or if it is lost in transit, the carrier must be contacted to open a claim. We will assist where possible, but claims are handled directly by the shipping provider.
